Pastoral Management

The overall welfare of any student is a key priority for us at Palatine.

A variety of staff, including form tutors, pastoral managers and Heads of Year Achievement play a key role in ensuring the welfare of all our students.   The Inclusion support team: Mrs A Lazarevic; Mrs S Mills; Mrs L Beaumont; Mr C Dickson and the Learning Mentors; Mr P Holden and Mrs M Evans are also integral to ensuring all students reach their potential at Palatine.

Pastoral Care at Palatine is the overall responsibility of the Assistant Headteacher, Mr B Donnelly. 

In order to maximise attainment levels and support the welfare of each child at school, each year group has an assigned Pastoral Manager and a subject teacher who also takes on the responsibility of managing achievement within the year.
