YOGA LESSONS

Main Objectives of Event/Activity:

  • Yoga Promotes optimum health and well being
  • Yoga is great for relaxation
  • If you suffer from Aches and Pains 
  • To help build confidence through gaining extra skills

Lesson Times:

Every Monday from 6.30 - 8pm (Starting January)

Type of Event/Activity:

Wider Community Access.  All Adults are welcome

Palatine Community Sports College  – Expressive Arts Centre
