Palatine Sports College - Nominated Most Improved School in the Country
Palatine Sports College received the distinction of being Nominated in the 'Most Improved School' category in the prestigious SSAT Awards this year. The Nomination was in recognition for the continuous improvements in the Academic Performances of students over the last 3 years. The school has seen record performances in recent years with improvements by significant margins all too evident. The percentage of students gaining 5A*-C including English and Maths has risen from 24% to 40% over this period whilst there has been a staggering 36% increase in the percentage of students gaining 5A*-C, this figure has risen from 37% to 73% in the same time period.
This accolade is one that the school is rightly proud of and is the culmination of a collaborative effort from everyone involved at the school. There has been extraordinary levels of commitment and dedication from the staff, tremendous efforts and maturity from the students, and all of this has been helped by the fantastic support of our parents.
This years results look set to maintain this upward trend and we anticipate record results again - let's hope the school can look forward to a further Nomination next year.
