Future Leaders* is a unique programme that aims to address educational inequality by recruiting and training those with potential for headship to produce a new generation of exceptional leaders for challenging urban secondary schools. In doing so, it makes a lasting difference to the lives of pupils from disadvantaged backgrounds. Future Leaders is creating an enduring network of talented and inspiring senior leaders and high performing schools, with the skills and experience to support pupils from deprived urban areas for many years to come. The Future Leaders programme is supported by this school, and we currently have two members of staff who are Future Leaders.
